Covid-19 Safety Measures

  1. In person attendance will be limited
    • No more than 4 Mentors
    • No more than 4 Students per sub-team and some sub-teams may be completely virtual
  2. A mentor is going to be assigned to a workspace and they will have to regularly clean the workspace they are assigned to
  3. Every hour, Students and Mentors are REQUIRED to to wash their hands for 20 seconds, or the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday twice. 
  4. There will be designated spots to remove masks and eat or drink as needed
  5. Prior to leaving the lab at the end of the meeting, everything will be disinfected so that it’s clean for the next Students who use the lab
