Attire

•  Safety Glasses must be worn- they will be provided, but you can bring your own if you want to

•  No open toed shoes – sneakers are fine, but no Crocs, sandals, or flip flops

•  Long hair should be tied back (or prepared to be tied back, i.e. bring a hair tie)

•  Avoid long and/or dangly sleeves or jewelry

•  There may be the use of lubricants that can stain clothes, so please bear that in mind when choosing what to wear
