Before a student or Mentor can enter the lab, they will be given a temperature check by a Mentor and asked to complete a COVID-19 Questionnaire that asks the following questions:
Since your last meeting, have you experienced any signs or symptoms of COVID-19?
In the past 72 hours (3 days), have you experienced signs or symptoms of respiratory illness including fever of 100.4 degrees F or greater, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath?
In the past 72 hours, has anyone in your household experienced signs or symptoms of respiratory illness?
In the past 14 days, have you had close contact (i.e. within 6 feet for more than a few minutes) with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, is in the process of being tested for COVID-19, is isolating as a result of suspected COVID-19 infection or is experiencing acute symptoms of COVID-19?
A well fitting cloth mask (3-layers) or a disposable medical mask must be worn by all Students and Mentors
No bandanas or gaiters (wide tube of fabric is worn around the neck instead of over the ears)
Nose and mouth must be covered.
If you must remove your mask, please go outside. In event of harsh weather there will be a designated mask-free area
If you have a medical exemption you will need to talk to a Mentor before attending any in person meetings. Documentation from a medical professional may be required.
